All regular catering services are available through the Spring and Summer months.  Just a reminder to place all orders 72 hours in advance to ensure product and staffing available for your event.   Our catering fax order form can be found on line at

The dining hall will open when there are conference groups on campus and the campus community is welcome to join.  In May Jenkins Hall will be open May 7^th, May 15 – 19^th at lunch and May 21^st.  All hours of operation will be posted at Jenkins Hall or feel free to call any time for more information 1.902.897.1952.
