The 5th Annual Maritime Intercollegiate Competition was hosted on the ÈâÈ⴫ý Agricultural Campus on Saturday March 5th.
The competition brought 38 judging competitors to Truro, NS from University of Saskatchewan, Universite Laval, University of Guelph, 4-H Nova Scotia as well as our own Dal AC competitors.
This years competition was held entirely on campus, a change from previous years and gave the opportunity to show off our Ruminant Animal Centre.
Top team awards were earned by the following teams: 3rd Dal 1, 2nd Dal 2, 1st Master Breeders (Guelph). Top Individual awards were earned by the following competitors: 3rd Eugenie Officer (Guelph), 2nd Hannah Jamieson (Dal alumni), 1st Andrew Greene (Dal alumni).
The competition Co-Chairs would like to thank everyone who attended, volunteered and contributed to the success of this years judging competition.
