ÈâÈ⴫ý Medical School is ready to welcome 16 additional undergraduate medical students over the next year, earmarking the positions specifically for individuals from Nova Scotia.

ÈâÈ⴫ý and the College of the North Atlantic-Qatar signed an agreement this spring that opens the doors for Qatari students to upgrade their studies to a bachelor’s degree in Halifax.

Dr. Theresa Rajack-Talley, a scholar of Pan-African Studies who comes to ÈâÈ⴫ý from the University of Louisville, has been appointed as the university’s first vice-provost of equity and inclusion, providing senior leadership in helping move Dal’s diversity and inclusiveness strategy forward.
