November 10 – Communications Workshop
This interactive session will explore a wide range of the factors that determine one’s communication effectiveness in the workplace. From individual self-awareness and confidence building to problem solving and challenging conversations, participants will leave the session with both reflections and strategies to boost their ability to be an effective contributor and team member.

May 24 – Team Building
This hands-on workshop explores team dynamics,Ìýpsychological safety, and practical tools to lead with credibility. Learn strategies for team formation, strengths-based collaboration, and managing dysfunction to foster inclusive, productive environments and become a more effective team member and leader.

June 7 – Conflict Resolution
Conflict exists in all domains of our lives and knowing how to manage conflict will support your success. This hands-on workshop will ask participants to understand their style of conflict resolution. Identify sources of conflicts, patterns, and triggers that escalate conflict. Learn conflict resolution skills and tips to manage conflict.Ìý
